Warranty and Return
Right of Withdrawal
A consumer who has entered into a distance contract with the Seller has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the purchased goods.
How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise this right, the consumer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement. This can be done via a letter sent by post or email.
Withdrawal Deadline
To meet the deadline for withdrawal, the consumer only needs to send the information regarding their intention to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.
Returning the Goods
The consumer is obliged to return the product to the Seller or to a person authorized by the Seller to collect it immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day on which they withdrew from the contract. This applies unless the Seller has offered to collect the item themselves. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the product back before the expiration of the 14 days.
Costs of Return
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
Refund Process
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller will refund all payments received from the consumer, including the cost of delivery (if it was paid by the consumer), without delay, and no later than 14 days from the date the Seller was informed of the withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same payment method the consumer used for the original transaction, unless the consumer has agreed to another solution. No additional fees will be charged for the refund process.
Condition for Refund
If the Seller has not offered to collect the goods from the consumer, they may withhold the reimbursement until the goods are returned or until the consumer provides proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
Product Value Reduction
The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from its use in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the product.
